Yoshi's Safari
Yoshi's Safari is the first and so far only pure rail shooter game in the Mario franchise, and one of the few games to use the SNES's Super Scope Light Gun peripheral. The gameplay consists of shooting down enemies before they attack. Along the way, there are bosses that must be destroyed before players can move on to the next area.
Story
In Yoshi's Safari, Bowser, the king of the Koopas, and his evil descendants have invaded Jewel Land. The Koopalings have usurped the kingdom's precious jewels. It's up to Mario, armed with his trusty Super Scope, to ride on Yoshi to track down Bowser and foil his evil plans.
