Story

The yakuza wars spread to the tropical paradise of Okinawa. After leaving his last base in Kamimuro Chou, Kiryuu Kazuma went to Okinawa and opened an orphanage called Asagao with Haruka. Together with the children they have taken in, the two are slowly leaving behind the violent life they led before their arrival. But the happy days are short-lived, as the yakuza are closely linked to the Japanese government. A shady deal involving the land on which Asagao is being built drives Kiryuu and Haruka back to their old hometown and into battles with opposition yakuza groups. Fighting and political intrigue go hand in hand. Become the rising dragon and protect the sanctuary you have built.
