X2: Wolverine's Revenge

"X2: Wolverine's Revenge" is an action beat-'em-up video game based on the Marvel Comics character Wolverine, a member of the mutant team the X-Men. The game is played from a third-person perspective, as players battle a series of armored soldiers, mutated creatures, and archenemies such as Sabretooth, Magneto, Wendigo, Lady Deathstrike, and Juggernaut. Although Professor X can assist Wolverine with his telepathic powers, ultimately the gruff comic book hero must embark on his adventure alone. To do so, players must utilize Wolverine’s unique abilities to overcome all kinds of obstacles. Wolverine can hunt down and track his prey using his keen sense of smell and his ability to detect body heat. As Wolverine fights his way through the military compound, he must evade defense systems and guards and find ways into locked rooms to uncover the information he needs to survive.
