Wii Fit
Wii Fit is a training game that consists of activities using the Wii Balance Board. The game uses a unique peripheral device, the Wii Balance Board, on which the player stands while exercising. The game includes yoga, strength training, aerobics and balance games. Wii Fit is used in physiotherapy rehabilitation and has been adopted by various gyms around the world. The game has also been used in nursing homes to improve the posture of elderly people. Despite criticism of the lack of intensity of some of the training activities, the game has received generally positive reviews. In March 2012, Wii Fit was the third best-selling console game that did not come with a console, with 22.67 million copies sold.
