Story

Once in the Shōwa period, the defunct Japanese army wanted to approach Henry Pu-yi, the last emperor of the Ching Dynasty, to gain advantage. However, they were defeated by the Imperial Guard, who used the martial art of Hakkyoku-ken. During World War II, the Japanese army researched the secrets of Hakkyoku-ken to create super soldiers and developed the ultimate martial art. About half a century has passed since then. The ultimate world fighting tournament is coming up, and all kinds of fighters from all over the world are competing to determine the world's best. Behind the tournament, however, is an intrigue cooked up by a sinister syndicate.
