UnReal World
UnReal World is a unique combination of roguelike role-playing game and survival simulation, set in the far north a long, long time ago. Over the years, UnReal World has been praised for its depth, realism, atmosphere and immersion. The game has a completely open ending and you decide whether you want to live the life of a fisherman, a hermit in search of peace, a brave adventurer, a rugged hunter, a trapper or a merchant. As a member of one of the nine different cultures, you'll enter a detailed and enchanting Iron Age game world, where Norse folklore, knowledge and way of life play an important role. The world and game mechanics are extremely realistic, rich in historical atmosphere, and the emphasis is on survival in the harsh ancient wilderness. A vast world with huge forests, bogs and mountains to roam and waterways to row is randomly and procedurally generated - and you can live off the land and explore it at a very detailed level. You can track animals, set traps, hunt with bow and spear, tan hides, fish, pick berries, cook food, sleep in a makeshift shelter or build a log cabin, trade with villagers, craft items, interact with near and far cultures - and much more.
