Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception

The search for the fabled "Atlantis of the Sands" drives fortune hunter Nathan Drake into the heart of the Arabian Desert. As the terrible secrets of this lost city come to light, Drake's quest becomes a desperate fight for survival that pushes him to the limits of his endurance and forces him to confront his deepest fears.

Story

The story begins with Nathan "Nate" Drake (Nolan North) and Victor "Sully" Sullivan (Richard McGonagle) entering a pub in London to meet with a man named Talbot (Robin Atkin Downes) who is interested in buying Nate's ring. During the meeting, Nate and Sully accuse Talbot of offering them counterfeit bills, and a fight ensues. After fighting their way past Talbot's goons, Nate and Sully emerge in an alley where they are surrounded and overpowered by Charlie Cutter (Graham McTavish), Talbot's henchman. They are then approached by Talbot's customer Katherine Marlowe (Rosalind Ayres), who steals Drake's ring. Nate tries to pursue her, but Cutter shoots him and Sully down, seemingly killing them. The story takes place 20 years earlier, when Nathan Drake (Billy Unger) is a teenager exploring a museum in Cartagena, Colombia, in search of Sir Francis Drake's ring, but is suspected by guards of being a thief. Impressed by Victor Sullivan, whom he doesn't know at the time, Nate follows Sully to a key maker and robs him before returning to the museum. He steals the ring, but before he can leave, he is caught by Marlowe, her henchmen, and Sully, who was working for her. Nate flees with the ring while Marlowe's agents pursue him, but Sully saves Nate from the agents and decides to mentor him.
