Two Worlds II
Two World II is a fantasy role-playing game that continues the story from the first game. Aziraal was the ancient god of war, worshipped by the orcs and possessed of immense powers. When Aziraal's tomb was opened at the end of the first game, the god's powers were transferred to our hero's sister. Now the dark ruler Gandohar, who wants Aziraal's power for himself, has captured our hero and his sister and is sucking these powers out of her. The escape from prison serves as a tutorial for the game until the hero finally gets out in Antaloor. There is a huge world to explore, containing deserts, forests, swamps, seashores, cities and rural areas, as well as many hidden caves and dungeons. There are encounters with every kind of monster you can imagine, from killer insects to giant beasts, as well as humanoid enemies of different ethnicities. Since the enemies' levels are not tied to the player's level, some battles must be avoided until the hero levels up and improves his skills. The game boasts that there are enough quests to keep players busy for around 100 hours. In the single-player game, the hero can only be one man. His specialization (warrior, ranger, mage) can be changed at will by swapping his equipment. Success depends entirely on how the skill points earned are allocated. Two Worlds II offers improvements over the first game, including a new user interface, a new game engine and new magic and crafting systems. It contains all the gameplay elements that were included in Two Worlds I (riding, crafting, blacksmithing, alchemy). Sailing (which was planned for the first game but never released) is possible in this game, although only in a few locations. Skills and abilities can be learned to enhance any form of combat. Learned spells can be combined using the new card modifiers to improve or change their effects. The crafting/forging improvements allow weapons and armor to be enhanced in a variety of ways. For example, items in the inventory can be broken down into their basic elements (cloth, wood, iron). Two Worlds II also offers five multiplayer modes for up to 8 players: Crystal Conquest, PvP, Dual, Adventure (7 chapters) and a village mode. In multiplayer mode, new characters are created, which can be selected from several ethnicities and can be male or female.
Story
After the fall of Aziraal, the god of fire, the dark lord Gandohar has almost achieved his goal of upsetting the balance between the elements. Dark magic pours into the land to fill the void. Recognizing the potential for complete control over the dark forces, Gandohar begins to capture the power of Aziraal in Kyra, the orphan descendant. Despite her lineage, Kyra cannot withstand the strain. With Antaloor already in his clutches, Gandohar hatches a new plan from his fortress in Oswaroth. There are still people fighting against the tyrant, hoping to change the balance of power in their favor. The battle for Antaloor continues... Five years have passed since dramatic events brought the whole world to the brink of the abyss. The hero is a prisoner in the dungeons of Gandohar Castle. His hopes of rescuing his sister have vanished with his freedom. Just as despair threatens to overwhelm him, hope comes from where he least expected it. The orcs, an ethnic group that the hero has always hated, have put together a rescue party that frees the hero from his shackles. He arrives in a land that has been ravaged by evil. He embarks on a journey to shed light on Gandohar's dark past, hoping to discover a weakness in his enemy's defenses. If he fails, he will lose his sister forever.
