The Sims 2: Apartment Pets
Your Sims leave the suburbs and move into the hustle and bustle of apartment life! They move into an apartment building full of interesting neighbors and a variety of pets. Your Sims can adopt their own pets to play with and care for. As the manager of the on-site pet spa, your Sims can earn Simoleons by making sure the on-site pets get the right treatments to keep them - and their owners - happy. From adorable cats and dogs to all-new exotic animals like slithery snakes, colorful birds and cuddly rabbits, your Sims will experience all the fun unpredictability that comes with pet ownership as they enjoy their exciting new apartment life!
Story
The game starts with your Uncle Bill going on an expedition and leaving you in charge of the apartment. You can also take care of the pets that are already in the apartment at the beginning of the game. Shortly after the game starts, the janitor will tell you about a lost puppy and give it to you until the owner is found. This and other pets will be dropped off by their owners and various people who will ask you to take care of the animal for a few days.
