The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds

Story

The events of A Link Between Worlds take place six generations after the events of A Link to the Past. The legend of the legendary hero's battles against Ganon has been passed down from generation to generation, and peace has reigned for decades. Link, who appears in the game, is an apprentice of the greatest blacksmith of Hyrule. In a nightmare, Link is awakened from sleep by Gulley, the blacksmith's son, and finds himself facing a huge evil creature. Link rushes to the forge, where the captain of the Knights of Hyrule has come by to get his sword and shield. After Link is scolded for being late, the blacksmith's wife notices that the captain forgot to take his sword when he left. Link is ordered to travel to Hyrule Castle to return it to its rightful owner. When Link arrives at the castle, he learns that the captain has gone to the sanctuary. However, when he gets there, the villain Yuga appears and turns both Seres and the captain into paintings with his evil magic. Link lunges at Yuga, but Yuga is able to use his magic to turn himself into a mural, causing Link to crash right into the wall. Yuga returns to his original form and knocks Link to the ground with a kick. As Yuga disappears with Seres in tow, the priest tells him to warn Princess Zelda before Link faints.
