The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II is the seventh installment in the main Trails series and follows on directly from the events of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel. The game follows Rean Schwarzer to his hometown of Ymir, where he finds himself with the help of the archer Toval Randonneur, but he and his loved ones are soon caught in the crossfire of war. The gameplay is no longer tied to the structure of the original's school schedule, but the game now revolves around traveling the world instead of attending classes. If the player has a completed score from the previous game, this will have an effect in Cold Steel II, as certain events and dialog will play out differently depending on decisions and relationships from the first game.
