The game is a side-scrolling platform adventure that plays similarly to the previous Addams Family title. The game plays non-linearly in that the player can choose which level to enter through any door in the Addams house.
Story
As if things weren't ooky enough already! Wednesday has devised a torturous game to push her beloved, hapless brother Pugsley into happiness. How delicious! She has hidden six wonderfully strange items somewhere in the Addams Family Mansion. Now you must accompany poor Pugsley on his quest to find them. Traps, traps, traps, you say! Well, yes. What else could add so much endearing horror to this unnaturally beautiful fun? Little Wednesday has made sure that this adventure is a true horror trip. There are switches hidden everywhere that trigger the most beautiful gory effects when Pugsley comes across them. Not to mention all the money Pugsley can collect along the way. There's even magic money that has a particularly vivid effect that you shouldn't miss. So get ready to get creepy, and get ready to get crazy.... it's Pugsley's scavenger hunt! En garde!
