Super Mario Galaxy 2

Super Mario Galaxy 2 is the sequel to Super Mario Galaxy and the fourth 3D platformer in the Mario series. In the sequel, many elements of the predecessor have been kept, such as the adventure in space, the element of gravity and recurring objects such as Launch Stars and Sling Stars. Among the returning items are the Bee Mushroom and the Fire Flower. However, the game also introduces new elements, such as the use of Yoshi, new power-ups like the Cloud Flower and the use of a guide in the game for beginners.

Story

Once every hundred years, luminous stardust falls on the Mushroom Kingdom. That time had come again... "Dear Mario, Would you like a piece of cake while we watch the shooting stars? Meet me at the castle! Peach" Mario ran through the field while stars fell all around him. Suddenly, he noticed a strange light in the grass. Peering carefully through the reeds, he saw a small, lost luma. With the little luma tucked safely under his cap, Mario hurried on to the castle. But when he got there, something unexpected was waiting for him....
