Strife
In Strife, two teams compete against each other. Both teams are located at opposite corners of the map in their respective bases. The bases consist of a central structure, creep spawn points, three generators and a hero spawning pool. The objective of the game is to destroy the central structure of the opposing base. Players accomplish this by selecting heroes with unique abilities to fight the other team, and both teams can select the same heroes. In each game, a player chooses a hero to have at their disposal for the duration of the game. Each hero has four abilities that can be acquired and upgraded as the hero gains experience and levels up.
Story
A shadow has fallen over the Plain of Strife. It is rumored that an ancient evil, the Dharkwave Horde of Sheol, has risen again. The only thing standing between the peaceful peoples of Strife and the threat of a deadly invasion is a rune made of Darkstone, the only key that can open the portal to the underworld of Sheol. For generations, this mystical object, a fragment of the ancient Dark Obelisk, has been kept by the Keepers of the Codex, the sacred guardians of the Plains of Strife. But the cryptic rune has disappeared. And some fear the worst. In preparation for a Dharkwave invasion, the Keepers of the Codex have built an arena in Strife, hoping to train the fabled Army of Light there. Some even say the Golden Child of Prophecy has appeared in the arena, riding his mystical Zidek Dragon. Now the mightiest heroes of the 5 planes are gathering to face this new terror. They have come to Strife from their home planes of Gael, Vorbis, Nestra, Tempra, and Lyrie to fight in the arena, prove their worth, and represent their people in the coming battle. Some will rise. Some will fall. And all will go to the limits of their strength and courage.
