Starhawk

In the far reaches of space, factions of humanity are fighting over a rare and dangerous resource called Rift energy. Colonies of humans called Rifters have explored the "frontier" of planets, but they see their way of life threatened by the Outcasts, a ruthless species of humans who have mutated into psychotic monsters through contact with this same rift energy. In the middle is Emmett Graves, a gunslinger who has been ostracized by society because he himself was exposed to the rift energy and partially mutated as a result, but still retains his humanity. Graves is brought back to his home settlement, where he must face a mysterious outlaw and his band of Outcast warriors. Starhawk offers fast-paced third-person shooter action in the lawless expanses of space. Players can instantly alter the battlefield by summoning offensive and defensive structures in real time from an orbiting spaceship as they engage their enemies in massive single-player or multiplayer firefights.
