Once again, the world relies on Fox - Spy Fox, the slick secret agent who effortlessly makes his way through the Spy Corps' most difficult assignments. This time, the Spy Corps' corrupt counterpart, the Society for Meaningless Evil, Larceny, Lying and Yelling (S.M.E.L.Y.), has developed a dogbot to unleash on the unsuspecting world! In his malice, the corrupt commander of S.M.E.L.L.Y., Napoleon LeRoach, has not attached an off switch to the dogbot. Instead, he has hidden the switch somewhere at the World's Fair.
