Spider-Man 2: The Game

"Spider-Man 2" for PC and Mac is an almost completely different game to its console counterpart. It is not a port of the console version, but a different version developed by The Fizz Factor and published by Activision. As Spider-Man, you must fight your way through 8 chapters of mischief and mayhem in order to succeed. Along the way you will encounter and have to fight old enemies such as Rhino, Mysterio, Puma, Doc Ock and many more. The game interface consists of a simple point-and-click system combined with keyboard movements. Unlike its console counterpart, there is no free-swinging movement, but one that is tailored to children. Battles consist of simple punches, kicks, jumps and a power meter that lets you perform super-powerful attacks. Spidey can also cling to walls and objects and use his web to perform simple attacks on enemies.
