Sokoban
Sokoban ("Stock Keeper") is a classic puzzle game developed in 1981 by Hiroyuki Imabayashi and published in 1982 by Thinking Rabbit, a software house based in Takarazuka, Japan. In 1984, ASCII Corporation published a version created by Khaled Bentebal. It formed the basis for numerous clones in the following years. The game is set in a warehouse. In each level, the player must push crates (from square to square) to get them to certain places. Crates can only be pushed one at a time (so two crates next to each other can't be pushed together) and can't be dragged - so it's possible for a crate to get stuck in a corner where it can't be pulled out! In the last levels you have to plan 40 steps in advance.
