SkiFree

SkiFree is a casual single-player sports simulator in which the player uses the keyboard or the mouse to control a skier over a white background representing snow on a mountainside. The objective of the game is to ski down an endless slope and avoid obstacles (trees, tree stumps, dogs, etc.). The player can also choose between three modes: Slalom, Freestyle and Tree Slalom. In slalom, the player must correctly avoid the flags and try to finish the run in the shortest possible time. In tree slalom, obstacles are added to the slalom run. In freestyle, players ride downhill and jump off ramps while earning points by doing tricks. Deductions are given if you collide with obstacles or fail to land properly after a stunt. When the player passes the 2,000 meter mark, the Abominable Snowman appears and starts chasing the player and eating him if he catches him.
