Samurai Warriors: State of War

Samurai Warriors: State of War is a portable version of Samurai Warriors, but it's not a direct conversion, it's more similar to Dynasty Warriors, which gives the game a "Samurai Warriors Empires" style. The gameplay is mainly divided into two phases: the strategy phase and the action phase. In the first phase, the map is divided into colored squares and the player must move his character turn-based. The terrain affects how the player can act in this phase. This is usually followed by the action phase, where the player must defeat as many enemies as possible within 60 seconds. These phases can turn the battle in the player's favor. There are four main armies that the player can participate in: the Takeda (West), Uesugi (East), Nobunaga or Solo army. When you complete the game with these four factions, you'll unlock the final stage of the game. In it, characters from Dynasty Warriors 4 appear. The game offers a story mode, a free mode and a VS mode.
