Rustler

Story

Rustler is an open-world top-down action game that pays tribute to the good old GTA style and gameplay and combines it with a historically inaccurate medieval setting. Play as The Guy, whose parents were apparently too lazy to give him a real name. Experience feudal injustice, inquisition, witch hunt and take part in the Great Tournament. Meet brave but incredibly stupid knights. Complete a variety of convoluted missions and quests or don't give a damn about the plot and wreak havoc in the villages and towns. Decide whether to travel on foot or with a stolen horse. Fight with a sword or take a fancy automatic crossbow. All of this is spiced with an inappropriate Monty Python-inspired humor. The world of Rustler is full of humor, anachronisms and pop culture references. Have you ever been towed for parking in a "NO HORSE ZONE?" Do you feel like cage fighting in a medieval martial arts arena? Or maybe pimp out a horse a little? How about joining the sect of Round-Earthers? As a poor peasant, you'll have to get really creative to win the Grand Tournament. Form strange alliances, double-cross your enemies, and dig up dinosaur skeletons in a story that's light, easy to understand, and hard to relate to.
