You'll get sucked into this game and spend months exploring the numerous intricacies and outcomes. Our main focus is to make sure that the game is still fun after 50 hours. Share a screen and make your way through the RSR universe. No internet connection required. Battle with your team! You won't be able to stop the Rogue Star alone. Save your teammates along the way and they will fight alongside you against the evil aliens. Even in single player mode, your adventure is interactive and full of fun dialogue, not just another lonely solo mission. THE STORY The Rogue Star. A massive rogue star has formed out of the cosmos and is on a direct collision course with us! It threatens to vaporize everything. Leaders of planets from across the galaxy have assembled a top team of fighters to stop the rogue star at any cost. Choose your own non-linear path through the galaxy and carefully explore each of the 10+ planets. MULTIPLE ENDINGS Your choices, your ending. Choose the planets you travel to and make important decisions that will determine the fate of the galaxy! Depending on which path you choose, there are dozens of different outcomes. The rogue star can destroy the entire galaxy, be reflected into the enemy galaxy, be swallowed by a black hole, be sent far away through a galactic wormhole, and dozens of other fun possibilities in between. It's really up to you to make the right choices depending on the outcome you want to see and who you want to save. TOWER DEFENSE ELEMENTS Traps and Defense. As you explore each planet, you'll have to collect traps and resources to face an epic miniboss and his waves of minions at the end of each level. Strategically placed traps slow, block, poke, spike, burn, freeze and shoot enemies. Traps can be upgraded to become stronger. Smart management of trap inventory and use is critical to your success in the game, especially in the later levels. HEROES Heroes. Choose one of the elite team members with unique special abilities, all of whom have a personal drive to save their home planet from destruction. Unlock new players by achieving specific results. Level Up! Unlike traditional roguelikes, we've included a permanent leveling up system. With each level you gain attribute points that you can use to improve strength, speed, health, traps, and luck. The more you fight, the more experience points you earn, the stronger you become. Build your player wisely. WEAPONS & WEAPONS Weapons and Items. Discover and unlock hundreds of unique items! We are pleased to present you with a wide selection of weapons, from advanced space weapons to historical weapons and everything in between. In addition to your main weapon, you'll have an arsenal of powerful grenades that you can deploy at the touch of a button. You'll also be accompanied by upgradable comrades, each with unique combat abilities (did you know there are dragons in space?). DIFFICULTY MODES Three difficulty modes. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dungeon explorer, we've got you covered! Choose Wimpy, Normal or Insane mode to challenge your skills and keep the fun going. Note for the avid Bullet Hell players: even the developers have a hard time beating the game in Insane mode ;) The clock is ticking. Can you stop the galactic doomsday before it's too late?
