Rocket: Robot on Wheels
The first Nintendo 64 developer Sucker Punch Studios entered the scene with a very original 3D platformer. The design philosophy behind the title is simple: instead of building the platformer around the main character, the software house has chosen to focus on the interactivity of the 3D environments in which he moves. To this end, Rocket uses an advanced physics engine that allows the main character, a lovable unicycle-based robot named Rocket, to travel and experiment through colorful platform-like worlds with realistic gravity and inertia. Each object has its own lifelike properties that must be taken into account when solving puzzles.
