Robo Army

In a futuristic city called Neo-Detroit, a scientist named Jeed kidnaps two police officers, Maxima and Rocky, and turns them into cyborgs, but fails to implant them with a chip that makes them obey his will. Eventually they escape his grasp and decide to defeat the mad scientist. He deploys his army against them, but they are no match for Maxima and Rocky. Maxima and Rocky eventually find out that Jeed has kidnapped his own daughter to prevent them from stopping him. Maxima and Rocky have defeated Jeed and rescued his daughter. In gratitude for her rescue, she has returned her to normality.
