Risk of Rain 2

Story

Risk of Rain 2 follows the crew of UES: Safe Travels as they try to find UES: Contact Light and any survivors along the way. They must try to survive the hostile wildlife and environment, increasing the difficulty over time as they navigate Petrichor V via teleporters scattered throughout the planet. The crew makes an endless loop through many different environments, but finally lands on the moon to defeat the final boss. With each run you'll learn the behavior patterns of your enemies, and with enough skill even the biggest obstacles can be overcome. A unique scaling system ensures that both you and your enemies get stronger as the game progresses - what was once a boss fight becomes a common enemy over time. Myriad survivors, items, enemies and bosses return in Risk 2, and many new ones join the fray. Brand new survivors like the Artificer and MUL-T debut alongside classic survivors like the Engineer, Huntress and - of course - the Commando. With more than 75 items to unlock and exploit, you'll have to rethink your strategy on each run to get yourself out of dicey situations.
