Red Dead Redemption

Red Dead Redemption is a modern western epic and takes John Marston, a relic from the fast-ending era of gunslingers, through an open world full of wilderness, mini-games and gunfights. Marston sets out to hunt down his old gang mates for the government, who have taken his family away from him. On his journey, he meets many characters who represent the Wild West, heroism and the new civilization.

Story

In 1911, former outlaw John Marston is forced by government agents to hunt down members of his old gang in order to secure his family's freedom. His journey takes him through the American borderlands and into Mexico, where he becomes embroiled in a civil war in pursuit of his goals. Along the way, John teams up with various characters to fulfill his mission. In the end, he faces challenges that test his resolve and desire for redemption.
