Story

From the void, the gods of darkness and light created Agarest, a highly perfect and divine world. Over the generations, paradise unfortunately fell victim to the ravages of time. War darkened the skies and Agarest soon became a torturous hell as the gods fell out and vast armies clashed, desecrating the once beautiful land... After many years, with the war at an impasse, Sieghart, a young officer loyal to the Armies of Light, sets out on a dangerous mission through the scarred mountains. There he meets a strange girl and unwittingly changes the fate of the world forever.
