Police Quest: In Pursuit of the Death Angel

This improved remake of Police Quest has been completely redrawn and uses 256-color VGA graphics. Instead of the text-based interface of the original version, the remake has icons corresponding to the commands "Walk", "Look", "Touch" and "Talk" to interact with the game world. There are also some differences in gameplay between the two versions. The driving sequences from the original game have been simplified: the player no longer has to physically control the car, and inputs are limited to turning right while the car is automatically controlled, and occasionally braking at stop signs. The obligatory poker mini-game in the final section of the game is now optional. Some puzzles have different solutions, but not all of them are simplified, and in some cases the puzzles have become more complex in the remake. The game's story remains mostly the same, but it also includes rewritten and additional dialogs that were not present in the previous version.
