Phantom Doctrine

Phantom Doctrine is an alternative history thriller set in 1983 at the time of the Cold War. Players lead the Cabal, a secret organization dedicated to fighting a global conspiracy that seeks to control the world by pitting heads of state and nations against each other. Deception is the great equalizer, as players must operate from the shadows and exploit every weakness - ruthlessly interrogating and brainwashing enemies and allies alike to create double agents, saboteurs, or unwitting collaborators. Build and defend your base of operations, recruit agents from the world's many factions, and research new technologies to give your agents an edge. Campaign missions feature extended tactical encounters that revolve around two key pillars: Stealth and explosive, all-out attacks. Your team of agents can be sent into the field either fully armed or disguised as civilians. This lets them enter dangerous areas undetected, without having to carry heavy weapons and armor.
