Persona 5

Persona 5, a turn-based JRPG with visual novel elements, follows a high school student who has a record for a crime he didn't commit. He soon meets several characters who share a similar fate to his, and discovers a metaphysical realm that allows him and his friends to channel their pent-up frustrations into a group of vigilantes who revel in aesthetics and rebellion while fighting corruption.

Story

The story revolves around the 16-year-old protagonist after he is transferred to Syujin High School in Tokyo, Japan. He stays with friends of his parents and meets problem child Ryuji Sakamoto, reclusive Ann Takamaki, art student Yusuke Kitagawa, and a talking, shape-shifting cat-like creature named Morgana. During the protagonist's time there, feeling oppressed by his surroundings, the five form a group known as the "Phantom Thieves of Hearts." They work together to explore the "palace", a castle created from the hearts of people, and steal the evil intentions from the hearts of others to help them: During this quest, they are confronted with adult authority figures who oppose them, as well as a greater enemy that is revealed through their activities.
