Nuclear Throne
Nuclear Throne is an action roguelike from Vlambeer about mutants that fight their way through a post-apocalyptic world. The radioactive waste in the world allows the mutants to evolve by mutating new limbs, and the abundant availability of powerful weapons makes the fight for dominance over the wasteland a dangerous endeavor.
Story
One of 12 nuclear anomalies/mutants makes its way through various post-apocalyptic dimensions to take possession of the Nuclear Throne - a superweapon whose purpose or origin is unknown. Meanwhile, the Interdimensional Police try their best to prevent the mutant heroes from discovering the secrets of portal-based interdimensional travel and the throne.
