Moonbase Alpha

Story

NASA has once again landed on the lunar surface with the goal of colonization, research and further exploration. Shortly after returning to the moon, NASA established a small outpost called Moonbase Alpha at the moon's south pole. Using solar power and processing regolith, Moonbase is now self-sufficient and plans are underway for further expansion. In Moonbase Alpha, you take on the exciting role of an astronaut working to advance human expansion and exploration. When you return from a research expedition, you witness a meteorite impact that disables the settlement's life support systems. As precious minutes pass, you and your team must repair and replace equipment to restore oxygen production to the settlement. Team coordination and proper use of available resources (player-controlled robots, rovers, repair tools, etc.) are key to success. There are several ways you can restore the life support system of the moon base. However, since you'll be rated by the time it takes you to complete the task, you'll have to work effectively in a team, learn from the decisions made in previous game sessions and make intelligent decisions to be on top of the leaderboard.
