Monsters, Inc. Scream Team

What would you say if you found out that the creepy monsters hiding in kids' closets are all part of a corporate conspiracy? That's the premise of the 2001 Disney or Pixar movie Monsters, Inc. and the basis for this video game for the PlayStation. You take on the role of either Sully or Mike, two of the monsters tasked with scaring little kids, and move from house to house doing your job. The company you work for wants to boost "scream energy", so you'll have to be especially scary if you want to succeed. Each of the game's 3D environments is detailed and vast, representing the movie well, and there are dozens of hidden bonuses and power-ups that you can use to your advantage.
Story
Freethinking monsters Mike Wazowski and James P. Sullivan train at a private training facility run by Henry J. Waternoose to become the best scare artists. Only if they are the best scare artists can they scare real children. Otherwise they could hurt themselves, because it is believed that children are very poisonous to monsters. That's why Mike and Sulley train in a controlled environment where children are replaced by harmless robots.
