MLB Power Pros 2008

MLB Power Pros is a slightly different version of the MLB license. While the player has the possibility to play with authentic players from real MLB teams, the players are represented by anime characters, with big heads, feet and hands without arms and legs. The game has been a hit in Japan for 15 years. Power Pros offers options from other real-time games such as season, multiplayer and exhibition modes. There is also a story-based mode in which the player can create his own character and play for up to 20 years to earn the right to move from the minors to the majors, sign big contracts and buy houses and cars, make friends on and off the field, create hobbies and donate to charities to bring attention to the player. There is also a dynasty mode, in which the player can manage an MLB team, trade and fire a squad of 40 players, change formations on defense and offense, and change a pitcher's ball speed.
