Metal Slug XX

Metal Slug XX is a part of the long-running series of side-scrolling shooters. It is a remastered version of Metal Slug 7. Peregrines Marco, Eri, Clark, Tarma, Fio and Ralf once again run through colorfully drawn levels, throw grenades, drive vehicles and slash enemies. Metal Slug XX includes several single-player features in the form of a Battle School, which allows players to return to previously completed missions while completing various objectives; a POW list, which shows how many POWs have been rescued in each level; and single-player leaderboards. Players can also work together in Ad Hoc mode, shooting down hordes of humorous enemies with familiar weapons in seven different levels. Along the way, our heroes must traverse deserts, mountains, caves and lava pits to finally put an end to their longtime enemy. This remastered version includes additional content such as co-op multiplayer mode and downloadable content, as well as the character Leona Heidern.
