Mega Man IV
A big celebration at the World Robot Expo is ruined by the sight of a flying saucer speeding across the sky. But instead of little green men, inside this saucer is a mad scientist! Armed with a mind control machine that sends an eerie signal. Dr. Wily is ready to turn all the robots in the city into an army of mindless metallic mercenaries! Battling the effects of Wily's mind control machine, Mega Man and his robot reinforcements Rush and Beat must smash an army of enemies led by eight of Wily's greatest robot masters into liquid metal! And should Mega Man survive, Dr. Wily is already waiting to bring out the heavy artillery with his latest creation, the awesome Wily Tank!
Story
In 20XX, a few months after Mega Man III, scientists from all over the world gathered at the annual World Robot Expo to show off their latest creations, robots designed for world peace. Dr. Light participated in the Expo alongside Rock, Rush and Beat. A variety of industrial robots were presented, but suddenly a dubious UFO appeared in the sky. Dr. Wily reveals himself and announces that he will use the robots from the expo to help him in his quest for world domination by using a radio wave to control the robots. Rock and Rush are not affected because their circuits have a strong sense of justice, but Beat loses four of his parts in the commotion. Dr. Light quickly returns to his lab and turns Rock into Mega Man, a fighting robot. Meanwhile, Dr. Wily scatters the controlled robots to cause chaos in the city. Mega Man is ready to fight and must face the newly developed high-powered robots of the Expo to stop Dr. Wily and, if possible, also find the parts that Beat dropped so he can help him.
