Medal of Honor: Vanguard

Players take on the role of Sgt. Frank Keegan, a member of the 82nd Airborne Division and the 17th Airborne Division, fighting against the Axis powers of Nazi Germany and the Kingdom of Italy. In the first mission, Operation Husky, Keegan is in a C-47 somewhere off the coast of Sicily. Suddenly, the plane explodes and Keegan is ejected. He manages to open his parachute and get to the ground, where he fights his way through a town against Italian troops. After passing through the city, they make their way to a bunker somewhere in Sicily, shoot their way out and defeat the German troops inside. In this level you'll be armed with a Thompson submachine gun, but you can also pick up weapons such as the MP40 and the M1 Garand rifle.
