Marvel Super Hero Squad

Marvel Super Hero Squad is an action beat-em-up game for one to four players, based on the animated Marvel television series. The game is set in Super Hero City and the Super Hero Squad fights against Dr. Doom's Lethal Legion of villains. The story is about how long ago the powerful Infinity sword was broken and Dr. Doom and his minions are now on a quest to find the pieces, the Infinity fractals. Each fractal is immensely powerful and gives special powers to the one who possesses it. Super Hero City is in danger and only the Super Hero Squad can save the day! With such a storyline, the stage is set for many battles, although enemies can be targeted, allowing players to throw objects and use ranged attacks. The player can either work their way through the story in adventure mode or fight against other players in battle mode. The two game modes offer different game types and features: Adventure Mode: Adventure Mode is designed for two players and offers players six campaigns in which they can recover the Infinity Fractals and gain new superpowers. -The chance to play as one of the following characters: Hulk, Falcon, Iron Man, Thor, Silver Surfer or Wolverine. -Two unlockable campaigns featuring Spider-Man and Dr. Doom. -Cooperative play. -Unlockable characters, battle zones and costumes. Battle mode: up to four players can participate here. -Fight as a villain or superhero. -Choose from over 20 characters, including the Avengers, Fantastic Four and the X-Men. -Use and create combo attacks.
