King's Field
King's Field is a first-person 3D RPG set in the underground crypt of the kingdom of Verdite. The player takes on the role of Jean, who uses his sword and spells to explore 3D dungeons in this dark fantasy world all by himself. Many challenges await Jean. The player will have a great sense of achievement when he masters difficult situations in the game.
Story
There was a small land called Verdite, surrounded by a deep forest shrouded in mist and swirling winds. A long time ago, when a great battle was fought and many died, Verdite was saved by a person who then disappeared into the forest. Only the drifting mist of the forest knew who this person was... The citizens named their savior the Forest Dragon and built a shrine to honor this person. Eventually, only a legend remained and the shrine was turned into the royal cemetery and everything fell silent. But the legend says: "One day the forest dragon will return and bring magical artifacts with him." But the time has not yet come and the sanctuary is fast asleep...
