Judge Dredd

Judge Dredd is an action video game for the Super NES, the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive, the Game Gear and the Game Boy, released in 1995. The game is loosely based on the 1995 movie Judge Dredd, which was a spin-off of the Judge Dredd strip from 2000AD.
