If My Heart Had Wings

Story

The story of the game takes place in Kazegaura, a suburb of Tokyo in Japan. The main characters in this story are students of "Keifu Academy", a technical school also known as a "specialized vocational school". The game's protagonist, Aoi Minase, is a young boy who lost his dream in a bicycle accident and as a result returns to his hometown. There he meets Kotori Habane, a young girl stuck in a wheelchair with a flat tire on a hill with windmills. Then they see large white wings crossing the sky above the hills - a glider. Neither yet suspect that this is where it would all begin. Together with Aoi's childhood friend Ageha Himegi, they begin to rebuild the glider club that was on the verge of disbanding. To realize the dream everyone has as a child - "I want to soar and fly in the big sky" - these beginners take their passion into their own hands, overcoming failures and obstacles at school and doing everything they can to build a glider. They aspire to fly through the "morning glow," a special weather phenomenon that allows for a special kind of rolling clouds that appear in the morning when conditions are just right.
