The player takes over the machete of H.E.C.U. Sergeant Mitchell, who finds himself in a hospital during the alien invasion known as the 7-Hour War. Mitchell is thrown into a fight for survival and must face challenges to survive. The marine must use all his training, both in the use of firearms and in tactical thinking, to fight his way through the levels. Mitchell must manage his inventory of over twenty-six unique weapons and gadgets, find the best way to complete the mission and do everything for his own survival.
