In GrimGrimoire, players take on the role of Lillet Blan, a young mage who is accepted into a prestigious and mystical magic school; however, on the fifth day of school, everyone mysteriously disappears. When Lillet awakens the next day, she finds that she is reliving the first day of school. But her memories of the previous days are intact, giving her the opportunity to solve the mystery behind the disappearance and prevent the tragedy.
Story
Lillet Blan arrives at the Silver Star tower to begin her training. During her first five days, she gets to know her teachers and classmates. On her fifth night, Lillet wakes up to find the tower under attack by Calvaros' released spirit, who has killed the other teachers and is searching for the Philosopher's Stone. Before he can kill her, the clock strikes midnight and she is sent back to the beginning of her first day in the tower. Over the next three time loops, Lillet learns more about the inhabitants of the tower and her own situation.
