Gran Turismo
Gran Turismo is a racing game developed by Kazunori Yamauchi and the first part of the critically acclaimed racing simulator series of the same name. After five years of development, it was well received by both the public and critics. By March 2013, a total of 10.85 million copies had been sold worldwide, making it the best-selling PlayStation game. The game has two different modes: Arcade mode and Gran Turismo mode. In Arcade mode, the player can freely choose the tracks and vehicles he/she wants to use. If you win races, additional cars and tracks are unlocked. In Gran Turismo mode, on the other hand, the player must acquire various driver licenses to qualify for events and earn credits, trophies and prize cars by winning racing championships. Gran Turismo offers 140 cars and 11 race tracks (and their reverse versions).
