Golf

"Golf" is a game for the NES based on the sport of the same name. In promotional materials, the golfer was identified as Mario, even though he isn't wearing his usual shirt and overalls. The gameplay of "Golf" is relatively simple. The player is given a ball, and a map on the right side of the screen shows the hole into which the player must hit the ball. Obstacles along the way are also shown on the map. The more times you hit the ball to get it into the hole, the more points you earn. You also have a wide variety of clubs to choose from, which you can select by pressing the up/down buttons on the + control pad.
