The Ghostbusters are back and experience a new adventure. As Manhattan is once again overrun by supernatural creatures, players take on the role of a new recruit who joins the famed Ghostbusters team. Equipped with a variety of unique gear and gadgets, players hunt down and battle a variety of ghosts in an all-new battle to save New York City from the latest paranormal plague. Ghostbusters offers a special gaming experience to the huge Ghostbusters fan base around the world as The Video Game features the original cast from Columbia Pictures' classic Ghostbusters films, including Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson - back together for the first time in over 20 years. The original Ghostbusters crew is supported by Annie Potts, Brian Doyle Murray and William Atherton. Like the films before it, Ghostbusters: The Video Game is an all-new classic adventure. Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis returned to the helm to write a new story that takes players through the trials and tribulations of the world's leading paranormal ghost-fighting team. Players will experience a variety of terrifying new ghosts, some of which are even based on ideas by Aykroyd and Ramis that never made it into the original films.
