EA Sports' Fight Night Round 3 from EA Chicago lets you create your own fighter, train him and literally take on the world. Create your own champion and customize his look, equipment, fighting style, weight class, signature move and even his own illegal hit. Get equipment and trainers for your fighter to improve his look and performance. Then take your fighter into career mode, where you'll fight your way up from the local gym to five-star events. Get trainers to improve your training and increase your speed and strength. Fight your way through the ranks against randomly generated fighters until you beat them on points or to a pulp. Certain fights can earn you some extra money as an incentive or get you a promo deal, but choose your fights carefully, because strategy in the ring doesn't count if you treat your fisherman badly outside the ring. Fight smart during the match, using the Total Punch Control System to throw the punches you want with the analog stick. The Total Punch Control System maps your fists to the analog stick and eliminates pointless button mashing.
