Enlisted

Enlisted is a squad-based first-person MMO shooter that recreates the main battles of World War II. The game carefully recreates weapons, military vehicles and the atmosphere of this era, showing truly massive clashes of numerous soldiers, tanks and planes with artillery and naval support. Most of the soldier game modes simulate a battle involving several infantry platoons, giving the player control over a squad of soldiers with different roles (e.g. machine-gunner, sniper, radio operator, rifleman and others), an entire vehicle crew or an airplane pilot. One of the fighters is controlled directly, while the others move and shoot independently, following the player's general orders. When all of the squad's soldiers have fallen, the player restarts with the next available squad. This decision makes Enlisted's battles look huge and spectacular, while each player's contribution to the team's overall victory is not insignificant.
