DoDonPachi

Compared to DonPachi, DoDonPachi is generally known for introducing new gameplay elements while improving or modifying existing ones. The game's general background, unlike the following sequels, more or less revolves around a supposed invasion by a mysterious race of mechanized aliens that the player must confront during the game. However, under the surface there are more dark and shocking secrets that are only accessible to those who are brave and skilled enough to play through the entire game.
