Disney's DuckTales
DuckTales is a platform game developed and published by Capcom, based on the Disney animated series of the same name. It was first released in North America in 1989 for the Nintendo Entertainment System and later ported to the Game Boy in 1990. The story is about Scrooge McDuck, who travels around the world to collect treasures and outwit his rival Flintheart Glomgold to become the richest duck in the world. DuckTales was produced by collaborators from the Mega Man series and sold over a million copies worldwide on both systems, making it Capcom's best-selling title for both platforms. The game was praised for its tight controls, unique non-linear gameplay and colorful presentation, and is often considered one of the best titles for the NES, appearing in numerous "best of" lists.
